Refund Policy

• If Exchange does not produce a valid output file, we will happily refund you the cost of the translation provided that you send us the input file so that we can verify the problem and thereby improve the performance of Exchange.
  
• If we can successfully translate the 'problem' file we will send you the translated file and not refund you the cost of translation.
